RE: Insider Trading..Acquistion by GiftThis has to do with the 15 million share financing Cornerstone just completed.  Rick Rules company Global Resources was instrumental in placing the stock.  The fee was 969,500 units and 692,500 agent's warrants.  He has obviously gifted this to his family trust.
