I completely agree. At this point it really doesn't matter how low we go. I'm sure at this point Roche will not be opting in and you can see by the SP that the Market feels the same.
Roche should cut to the chase and let ISA know already. They have made up their minds I'm sure.
ISA has other partners ready and willing and I'm tired of the Game Playing. Lets get on with this already.
At this point I think if Roche opts out, the SP won't even drop that much. We are already almost as low as we will go. Get it done now so we can move on.
