It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas projects, in specific non-conventional projects such as tight oil, oil shale, shale oil and shale gas. It holds assets in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Quebec in Canada, as well as in the Kingdom of Jordan (Jordan). The fact that you are coming up with such recommendation shows that u still dont really understand the business model of Questerre.  Questerre's business model has been to add shareholder value by acquiring overlooked areas early and then reduce risks and capX by bringing in partners like encana, forest oil,  tristar, and talisman.  "The utica success has been TEN YEARS in the making."  Remember this?  thats taken from an article that you posted REPEATEDLY.  As far as i know, one of the big focus this year for the management team is to prove up the resevse in the antler area and possibly acquire additional land blocks to add to the inventory.  i strongly beleive that most of the proceeds that were raised in the recent financing will be used in antler because the management strongly believe that project will be worth at least 100 mil by the end of this year because of the high netback in that area ($80) one of the most profitable oil basin in all of western canada because of the 40 API light sweet
