Should there be an investigation?

Should there be an investigation?Is Goldsource legitimate? Could this be a scam? This is the 5th name this company has used. Is there any way to find out if anyone connected with the company has sold short?

These are their previous names (source...the TSX website)

If Goldsource is a scam; wouldn't NAG be in serious trouble now? Would they have legal recourse against Goldsource?
