Hence PCQ is at the bottom because 75% is huge and traders activity will not change much anymore. 

If JML insiders own small part of all shares it is bad for JML because day traders will sell out stock by any ocasion. Then there is no control by insiders. Hence very speculativ and chaotic stock.
