RE: Roscan to trade again tomorrow

RE: Roscan to trade again tomorrowI think Boy George would be a person familiar with what the three or four amigos were planning for shareholders. Maybe Babbleonenough is making things difficult. What else does one expect from Russian business ventures??? Try a little corruption, payoffs, greed, self interest etc etc. Couple this with our famous Canadian promotional schemes, and a lack of any action on the part of Canadian Securities people when endless schemes involving shells and moose pasteur continue, and what do you get??? But the gamble is of course, that THESE HRG assets overwhelm the worst laid plans of this crew, as this is not moose pasteur. Hey maybe they actually wake up and do something for current shareholders in spite of themselves!  Do they leave, not so sure about that. What about a promotional scheme that actually benefits current shareholders, how novel a concept, it might fullfill everyones needs. However, on has to consider that the complexity may be great when you have the Russian factor. The stock is so discounted (imo) at this point that almost anything bad the current three stooges might now come up with is already factored in, so I actaully  like it. It is why it is a contrary investment for many.  However vigilence is required and the pressure should be kept on these folks, because I have dealt with these types of situations. Guess what the usual result is? The perpetrators get together with their lawyers, spend time trying to figure out ways around things, and scheme. Yes, rarely have I seen these types change and suddenly become responsible, IF they are not in the beginning. It simply is not in their nature. Is this an exception? Time will tell. But usually rejection of a deal means these types act  like children, who in effect pout, then meet and scheme, all with self rightious indignation of course, pumping up their deflated egos for the next attempt.   Why the major shareholders have not kicked them out, is a puzzle to me as well. Maybe it lies as I stated, with the relationships, corruption, schemes and manipulations that are required to do business in this part of the world, which could quite possibly be so complex as to make change difficult. Is it possible that what we have is required to function because of circumstance? You never know with these deals, who is being juiced, payed off or promised something. Who knows? You can only imagine! Having said that: I look to value to assert over medium term - 12-months plus. Could get a surprise earlier, but I am not counting on it, whereas I also am not going to be out, and miss any sudden potential gap, which could occur at any time now.IMO. It could happen a number of different ways: new deal on Prognoz, takeover bid, change of managment BOD, surge in metal prices, increase in reserves, increase in cash flow, or some combination of these. I reiterate that the downside unlike many other situations seems limited, and the upside seems very big.IMO I am buying when it drops below $1.40 from time to time. I am very  patient, and will wait for real outcome, for better or worse.
