Didn't miss out...I bought this a long time ago at 23 cents...I probably should have sold out when it reached 70 cents and rebought at these levels again.

You have to put things into persepective, a lot of juniors and their analysts think they are undervalued today...PEM may just as well wait in line like everyone else until investors find money to invest in this sector again.
