erm, for an underground mine, result is not great at all
note that inconsistency of true thickness and grade
4 and 8 feet thickness will be subject to dilution which make the grade to drop

general rule for underground, they need 10-15% combine lead & zinc and with at least 3-4 meter thickness, depend on tonnage, and other variables.
