RE: UNX Exercise

RE: UNX ExerciseThe puzzling part of this puzzle:  Why:
1.  Part of the $5M price tag is the issuing of 3M shares at 70 cents and 3M wts at 70 cents.
2.  If they know they have found something why not wait until the stock price is higher?
3.  Perhaps in the large scheme of things it really does not matter whether it is 6M shares, 3M or 1.5M.
4.  Perhaps they know the timing for the good news is much later than we anticipate.
5.  There may be  a lot more political issues dealing with a Namibian Govt than we realize.
6.  If they know they have found something, they are certainly lining the pockets of the seller, may all
be part of the price for a small player to pay when dealing with the big boys.
7.  If they were trying to send a message to their shareholders by exercising early, it appears to have
failed according to price of stock.
This journey is indeed an exercise for our brain.
