Anyone who believes that any news release from PSH has any meaning whatsoever obviously has not been following this company very long.  This company has a long history of releasing information about their plans and then never following up with any additional information.  They have done this many, many times over the past five years.  Its a repetitive pattern that they have used for many years.  I am not sure what their purpose has been in doing this because the stock never trades enough shares for anyone to make any reasonable profit from this release of meaningless news. At least they have always been consistant.  I guess it could be explained as a total lack of management capability.  In any case, I wouldn't expect anything to change as long as the management of the company remains the same.
