Permits

Has anyone else noticed the Coal Disposition Excel spreadsheet on the Sask govt site has today's date on it? They only update the date after they issue permits....although no new permits are actually on the spreadsheet maybe they are in the process of adding them...perhaps someone was picking up the permits in person today?? I'll be keeping a close eye on that spreadsheet...and be looking for a NR!!!
