RE: canadian insider re: holler- Try Sedi

RE: canadian insider re: holler- Try Sediokay, you've got it all wrong "Viewpoint" and "Wyeth" knows it but he plays with you and spreads false info by pretending to agree with you.  P R E T E N D I N G   !

You should go to SEDI instead to get your insider info.

First of all!!!  after Holler exercised those 500,000 warrants at 0.62, which were about to expire worthless, he kept those shares adding 500,000 shares.  His share count went from 1,117,166 to 1,617,166.  That number has not changed.  He didn't "blow" anything off.  The proceeds went to the company.

Those 10,000 about to expire warrants in the Family Trust account were exercised, taking his total to 90,000 shares in the family trust account.  He changed nature of ownership on 60,000 of these shares and still holds 30,000 shares in the Family trust account.  That small number of 60,000 shares is not a lot of money.  Hardly worth mentioning.  And those 60,000 shares probably went into a Family Trust (two) account.

boy oh boy, the games people play.
