Ya ya...I understand how the financing game works...but I have seen a couple of Canada Juniors sell out impressive deposits for mere pennies a share to the Chinese because of excessive dilution. Sh*t happens if management isnt careful.

We also have another big problem...too many Junior Exploration companies chasing too little capital, meaning companies like PEM with better than average prospects get squeezed for less money than they are worth....The sector is a mess.
