RE: Permits

Actually it's been staked by Jon MacNeill, eldest son. Couldn't get Bill in 2 places at one time so dad did Regina and Jon did Winnipeg. Had to fly in from S'toon. What we'd like to know is how long the permitting process will take in MB. I have heard it takes longer and is more difficult to secure both land and drilling permits. Anyone else hear the same?
