This company is a coal refining company, but it is trading like a technology company. The reason is that the product works, but the commercial process has not been proven. If the product (K-Fuel) didn't work the company would be gone and that would be the of the discussion. The fact is the product does work and in a world with an energy shortage K-Fuel's time is now.
The energy market could care less about your problems with past management and your thoughts about fraud. What the energy market wants is something that works for them, period. If K-Fuel can be produced on a commercial level with a profit this company will sky rocket.
Can you tell me if the last time you went in to buy something you cared about the history of the management of the company and if someone had claimed fraud against the company you were dealing with? Of course not. What you care about was did they have the product you wanted and did they sell it at a fair price. Larry King has a full audience and has been divorce three times, soon to be four. Do you think his audience cares. Michael Jackson had a history of sleeping with a adolescent boys and could fill a football stadium with people paying $300 per ticket, do you think they cared, no.
When you fill your car up with gas next time to you care where the oil came from or what dictator you are making rich, no. We buy energy from our enemies, so what is your point about EEE and the fact a past President of the company's brother covered buys of a stock to keep from getting a margin call seven years ago? The stuff you are trying to pump up means nothing to anyone.
It is common knowledge by investors that the engineering of the Gillette plant failed and the plant was a disaster. What the investing community is buying this stock for is not the past, but the fact the company has learned from the past and will correct the problems in the future.
This story is gong to play out in the near future. Collins said at the last meeting the burn rate was 1.5 MM per month and they were setting on 21 MM. It does not take a math major to figure the time table. You can think this company is staying around to milk the final 21 MM if you like, but is not what I think. I think Collins is a very honorable man and has done everything in his power to take this company to success.
When a plant is announce it will mean that a financing company believes the process works and is willing to loan the money to build the plant. When the energy industry orders K-Fuel is will mean it is a better deal for them than what anyone else can produce. There will not be one energy executive calling you up to see if you like Ted Venneer or not.
