I think it struggles from all the overhead from buyers on previous spikes getting out near break even.  It sat so dead for a long time but the last few months should have been working most of them out.  

I could see it maintaining higher lows from now on, as their Bakken play develops further.  Lots of shares churned in the upper .30s that would hopefully result in a higher base maintained until next news.
