RE: Against all odds on this one!Actually, Fredski, a company called Santoy Resources (V.SAN) drilled some exploratory holes in 2006 just below Lac La Ronge, about 35-40 km West of Wapawekka Lake. They did find coal, proven at the lab.

Late in 2006 they applied for leases on the land and the coal disposition map shows they were granted them sometime in 2007. The latest I have from IR is that they applied for drill permits for phase 2 drilling this spring and are waiting for them. They did not tell me when they applied nor did they do a NR on that or comfort letters. So although Wapawekka Lake is quite far from the GXS find and north of the Adamas find, they are in an area with proven coal.
