RE: Against all odds on this one!Actually, Fredski, a company called Santoy Resources (V.SAN) drilled some exploratory holes in 2006 just below Lac La Ronge, about 35-40 km West of Wapawekka Lake. They did find coal, proven at the lab. https://www.santoy.ca/s/Coal.asp

Late in 2006 they applied for leases on the land and the coal disposition map shows they were granted them sometime in 2007. The latest I have from IR is that they applied for drill permits for phase 2 drilling this spring and are waiting for them. They did not tell me when they applied nor did they do a NR on that or comfort letters. So although Wapawekka Lake is quite far from the GXS find and north of the Adamas find, they are in an area with proven coal.
