RE: North Piper well spud..Bigbadoil,
I took a relatively small position a few months ago and doubled on it last week. You are correct with the Durango well. The risk factor goes down knowing that we will be getting production ($$$) within 3 months time.
Obviously, if the North Piper well is unsuccessful, then I expect the share to increase considerably along with income from Durango in the 4th quarter. However, if North Piper is unsuccessful, how much would Bridge be valued with Durango alone???
Also, if the spud date was Tuesday, we should hearing something by mid-August. I can't remember if the time to drill was 20 days or 30 days.
Thanks and good luck. It's going to be an interesting month.
