So they have by Aug 14 to file a 10-Q.  Looks like last quarter they put through an extension and filed a week after the deadline.

So in any manner we should see something by August 14th.

Within the 10-Q all of our questions should be answered.

How bout i give them the benefit of the doubt and say they are just waiting to release all of the info in the 10-q to save money  :-)

Yeah that is what happening..  kill two birds with a stone.. Great thinking HARP!!!!!!!!!!  I love DLKM...
