MY question has not been answeredmWhy did they not in corp. usg into cqv, no outside company wholly owned. what does that mean to cqv. a lot more to directors and president who , as it is set up will make More than any ordinary share holder. They get options shares in usg what do we get ,NOTHING.PRESIDENT AND DIRECTORS OF USG GET WAY MORE SHARES IN USG THAN ORDINARY SHARE HOLDERS IN CQV. THEY ARE MAKING THEIR OWN CO..This was planned years ago they are no longer worried about cqv now its usg,do we have share in usg compared to percentage with insiders and the common investor. Check it out you will find the answer to be no, actually very little, while they the insiders hold the controlling shares. Something sounds wrong.If there was every a offer for usg what percentage do we get.They did this in 2000 invested in gangion , no one ever heard from it again although they used our money???? so what happened to that , i`ve tried to find out but could not get any answers????????WHY . I OWNED SHARES IN THE CO. SO ARE THEY WORTHLESS NOW. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN IT TO ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM,CAN I STILL CLAIM THEM BECAUSE I HAVE A SHARE CERTIFICATE FOR THEM.
