They have $494,000 as of March 31,2008 so its probably much lower now with daily office costs and such.

Check the financials for a strict cash position not equivalents.

Only $494,000 ------- thats barely enough to goto the field lol

Finance will at lower costs. They need one right away, wrong time to goto the market for it.
