Getting Prognoz was a coup. Getting Alfa in, even at 1.79 was a good deal.
Tranche 2 looks like it was offered to save their jobs. Sort of a bribe. It won't fly as we get to vote for it.
I am still hoping for Mosher, Whalen and the BOD to get the boot.
