It's nobody's fault except for the exchange for not thoroughly reading the news release before it got released to the public.  You can't fault the brokers, the exchange is the ones who asked for the trades to be reversed not them.  Unfortunately there is not much that can be done to the exchange by investors,whatever they say or do is the law pretty much.  I remember there was another company a few months back whose trades got reversed due to a loopy, sloppy news release, I think it might have been WWF (Winfield Resources) but I'm not 100% sure, there was no recourse for those investors when that happened.
