This is bigger news than people might think.  IMA has achieve approval for something that has or is taking other companies years to accomplish.  With the US Army Corp of Engineers approval, this company is one small step away from receiving the mine permit.  Once that permit is signed, sealed, and delivered, we can start talking about how much money IMA will be making from Helmer-Bovill project.
