Does anyone know anything about Leaf & Stone Resonance Services from Saskatoon?( the other 50% )
From the NR they supplied the Technical support and mineral rights, Petrostar is the operator on the initial 12 quarters of land and they would work together to aquire more land. PEP to drill the first 3 wells - 50/50 on costs.
Petrostar paid $250,000 for 50%.
If L&SRS have a good engineering team and are suppling the technical support needed this would make sense, engineering can also be contracted.
