We Smile, I guess if you think it would take a miracle for MPE share price to turnaround than yes I am a believer.
Praise to all MPE shareholders in this time of difficulty with the great evil one from TD House selling her shares putting our spirits in turmoil. It was the same great evil one in my opinion that was solely repsonsible for 33,500 MPE shares sold in the .19-.20 range from TD. The Evil one also has another 30,000 shares for sale between .20-.22. The days she is busy elsewhere MPE rises form the ashes only to be beat down the next day with her fury. She is responsible for about 63% of the sell volume for August. Is there no end to this tyranny? Is this she-devil souless? Why yes!
How do we eliminate this evil entity? If we assume this entity has received her shares in the .20 cent rangewith much of the intial private placements, then her bottom price is in this range. (.19-.22) Take it as a opportunity to put in a bid to pick up shares. Currently besides TD the only other ask is 6500 @.22 from Blackmont, and the 10,000 shares at .225 from CIBC. After that the ask moves up to .25.
So you want a trading opportunity. Buy at .20 and sell at .25. That equals 25% profit before fees - just may have to wait for the next 1-2 quarterlys (1-4 months) to come out or any positive news items. Yes your average cost is probably much higher than .25 but take any new positons going forward as a trading position and a new investment. Personally I woudn't sell at .25 as a positive announcment could be made and with the lack of liquidity this stock could be well north of .30 but there is nothing wrong for others to ring the register on a small profitable victory if the call is correct. Currently there is only 97,000 shares shown for sale between .20 to .30 worth about $25,000. That is until "IT" puts more of her remaining shares on the market for sale, but this should be winding down soon for her.
I am in the process of freeing up more capital to slay this beast myself by buying all her cheap shares but it will take a bit of time. So be my guest , if you want to take advantage of the opportunity for easy profits. If not there are other knowledgable believers that will.

PS. All remaining options are in the .20 range with most not expiring for 2-4 more years so there should be very little flipping of options to shares to cash until there is a substantially a higher price in the .30-.40 range. So 4 million options would not most liklely be exercised soon. Previously 1.3 million options were exercised between Nov 1st and Jan 31st at .20 and all the .20 warrants would or should of been exercised by now at .20. So a lot of previously cheap shares that would of been sold at much higher prices. Once the financials come out we will know updated numbers.
