Herb, agree with you and goldmember, prospects are

high hopes are based is some part on political stability and a business friendly environment being maintained and further developed in Mongolia. While things are looking better in that regard, investors should be aware that should IVN and RIO NOT come through with a workable agreement with the Mongolians, and pretty soon, there is downside, though much more so for IVN investors than SGQ's we can assume, as the latter is permitted etc....at least with respect to their current operation, and is not involved with "strategic" resourses, yet, Futhermore who knows what the terms will be for their next operation to be permitted....Maybe be the same. I doubt you or goldmember will gurantee that however, nor do I mean to imply they will be different. There is uncertainty there...it is not an easy slam dunk.

I will agree that when (if) IVN and RIO get a workable agreement with the government that there will be fireworks in celebration..That prospect, along with favorable drill results and forthcoming revenues is why I hold a big overweight position in this  stock.
