You seem to have properties confused. These numbers are based on the Troy property which is really little more than a bridge providing seed money for Rock Creek with has a massive reserve of Ag and Cu, even if the grades aren't spectacular. That property will be operated differently than Troy, I believe, and the costs should come in lower.
This is a profitable mining operation. That's a big factor for any junior producer and especially one with a massive deposit they are getting ready to develop.
The sp is undervalued, imo. The two big factors affecting it are: 1. the general market conditions in this sector (horrendous), and; 2. the wait and see for Rock Creek. Once the latter falls into place (if it does, dydd), the price should escalate substantially.
In terms of directors buying and such, do some dd on the ownership structure. They have a third of it that doesn't trade.
