RE: What I Said.Mine Pumper aka Mine_Man

RE: What I Said.Mine Pumper aka Mine_Man

I have a few minutes spare time so I will quickly state a few things for the record.

Lets look at what I said in the past against what happened:

I said there will be no low priced financing. Correct! Mitsui financed at $2. We have not seen any low priced financing.

Cline did not finance at 2 dollars, Cline has a loan from Mitsui in which a portion of which can be exchanged for shares at 2 dollars per share. To top it off, Cline still needs to raise alot more money to complete the full reopening of the mine. "The total of the acquisition costs and the capital and refurbishment expenditures to bring the mine back into commercial coal production, at a production rate of three million tons of coal annually, are estimated by New Elk management at $100-million (U.S.). " Cline says it intends to re-open New Elk, therefore Cline needs more money.

I said no insiders will sell cheap. Correct! no major selling by Cline directors, Mitsui, Pinetree. Krupps crossed to Mitsui at $1.40.

Yes there has been major selling by insiders. Ken Bates at 1.07, 1.00, & 1.90. Ken Bates 1.90 sale was one done one day before the agreement by Mitsui to buy Thyssens shares were made. Shares Thyssen was selling to Mitsui at well below the trading value of Cline. $1.40 is also a very cheap figure for TK to be selling its shares to Mitsui at especially when compared to your loft share price valuatiuons you put on Cline. The way you twist the facts does not correlate to your pumping and valuations. Here you say or imply that 1.40 was not cheap, then how do you justify your excessively high valuations you have littered throughout your postings.
Dale Hendrick sold at 1.50, Bill McKnight at 1.25 & 1.31, Tkachuck sold from 1.15 to 1.47...Maybe your just blind or have poor DD skills.

I said Teck would buy Fording and this could be used as a buyout indication for Cline. Correct! Teck bought Fording at a very high price, highlighting the value of Cline.

In case you never noticed, Teck/Fording has a huge OPERATING mining venture. Cline DOES NOT. It is more than obvious that Teck could buy Fording. It has only been talked about in the press for months!

I said Cline would be bought out by year end. All indications show this is correct as Cline has not taken action to mobilize on New Elk.
There is not a single indication that shows this as correct. Of course Cline has not taken action to fully mobilize on New Elk, they just got the rights! They have a flooded mine to pump out.

I said Cambrian will not sell WTN because the after tax capital gains is well below the long term growth asset value of WTN. Correct to date, No WTN sale yet.

Admit it already, you DO NOT know what Cambrian is going to do! How can you be right on something you know nothing about?

I said Cambrian share price will not respond to its re-organization. Correct! Cambrian share price has not improved.
Now I wonder why the market has not responded to its reorganization?

I showed the value of merging Cline & Cambrian and the synergy, using Fording as the basic model. Teck buying Fording shows the value Cambrian could get by taking over Cline.

You comparisons are wild and reckless . Look at the valuations you have quoted in your past dribble! Not exactly refected in CMK's share price is it?

If Cline merges with Cambrian; WTN will not be sold and WTN would get Cline Canadian assets. Cambrian share price would substantially improve.
WTN is having a hard enough time keeping its costs down, look how they are rising and WTN is not hitting its previous sales volumes. Do you think they really want to sink a whackload of cash into developing Lossan? If Lossan was so valuable, Cline would be scrambling to get it open while coal prices are high. I know your a nebie to this forum and to CMK, so you may want to go back and do some homework on how many times dates for potential Lossan development have been pushed back. In fact, Lossan seems to have disappeared off the BC Gov't EAO website.

I said do not trade Cline going up the market as you would get whip lashed. I remember many crying and running scared when it fell back from 1.60 to $1 and many got whip lashed out. Those who listened got a chance to sell at $2.50.
That is not the way you put it. You put massive valuations on Cline's value. Now you talk like your taking credit for calling a sell on Cline? Something you did not do. And those that bought into your hype in the run up are now sitting on a huge loss. Cline did not come close to any one of your huge valuations, and has since lost a massive amount of value, yet you think you gave people good advice? In fact on 6/5/20087, you proclaim serious money making has been made on cline and that more was to come? also same day
"Ken Bates, getting up to bat, bottom of the 9th,

Bases are loaded;

The crowds all stand up cheering, clapping and stamping their feet;

He going to hit it into outer space,

His last home run before retirement;

What a finale!"

"“O” Guess what! I guarantee you…….Ken Bates has it well covered.

This is the bottom of the 9th.
Ken next up to bat...............He will hit it hard........into orbit & outer space....(LOL)"

And what has happened since then, a massive fall.

Those who tried to trade on the way up, I doubt they made big serious money, only pocket change. Those who stayed the distance did far better then those trading. Those who sold some at the top probably now own Cline at Zero cost.

Now you claim to know what people made trading Cline?

After I left on travels, 70 million shares traded over $2. I was very surprised by that event. This turned Cline into a total trading stock. That is we now have overhead resistance and supports.

Cline traded over 96 million shares in the month prior to your supposed leave. More than what you claim after. Were you blind to that? Spouting off how tight CMK stock was and how little was available. Now all of a sudden it is a trading stock? You went on and on with your FALSE calculations of what percentage of Clines stock was tightly held, and you totally ignored the volume it was trading, but of course you would, it wouldn't help your little pump now would it. Yet it trades less and now you say it is a trading stock? Did you ever call Pinetree to see if they transfered their shares to another account? You ignored Pinetress numbers in the early warning reports and went on and on to say they had more CMK stock than what they were factually disclosing in their early warning reports, both DIRECT and INDIRECT holdings.

I did not sell all my shares because I believe Cline is very cheap for 900 Mil tons of coal and its Iron project. however I did substantially lower my cost base.

I will state for the record I do not beleive a word you say. I think you sold most if not all of it and it was not in your best interests to continue posting because you needed it to drop for you to retake a position. Someone who has invested such a staggering amount of time pumping the way you do does not simply disappear. Now you return and state you have made some money trading. Wow, don't you look like a wizard, especially given your last posts before what I think is your fictional vacation. But I guess your back for round 2 of pump and dump. Fool the lemmings. Maybe you sold all but 1 share? Note, "substantially lower my cost base". CMK was such a home run you decided to sell shares!

I have my core holding of Cline. I am now happy to buy and sell because I believe the stock will be up and down like a jack hammer. That how you now make big money in Cline, while we wait for the inevitable buyout.

It was up and down like a jack hammer before you dumped your stock, yet you called out people for taking profit and buying back the dips, now you do the same thing and suddenly your a genious.

good luck trading

You should take some time and write about the 100's of things you posted that you were wrong about. So far, you have not been right all that much! Note to others, read an entire posters history and do your own DD.
