8-K is being filed as we speak.  How long that takes to show up i dont know.
Furthermore a NR will be released on Monday to clarify the problematic wording of the previous 8-k in relation to land ownership and licenses.

Hopefully this is the start to a road of recovery.....I seem to remember thinking that before however.
