I was prepared to bow down today, but lucky for me I didn't have to... unlucky for me we didn't get the 8K. I'll even give you Monday morning to cover any 8K filed today after 5:30pm or over the weekend.
The ONLY excuse at this point for not filing is that there's -nothing to file-. Seems pretty easy to me.
Don't get me wrong... I'm still holding my shares, as I think something will happen eventually. It's just that there's NO reason right now to think the money has hit the barrel head.
