If Dicky Boy Has created and act of  fraud in the USA , they should be able to extradite him to Nevada  Take a look at Conrad Black!!!! much more powerfull and one of the riches guy's in Canada , he is in a USA  jail  miss leding shareholders and tell fib's in court.
