RE: Concerning the 8kAccording to my discussion with DLKM friday morning, Harp was meeting with the lawyer at noon Pacific time to sign the 8-k. Given that this would be 3pm EST i dont find it surprising that it did not get posted by end of business on Fri.
I find it unlikely that it wasnt filed and i imagine we should see it sometime early monday morning. My concern is more with what the 8-k will say. If there is any word play that leaves room for interpretation i imagine that may be the last straw for many that have been hanging on for dear life for the last little while. It will simply be more evidence that they are blatantly stringing people along. We need to see a straighforward report that says we have recieved x amount of dollars from TIGMR and will recieve the following further payments on such and such a date.
In conjunction with Tobinators management proposal, regardless of whether or not faith is restored in current management, i would at the very least like to see some sort of firm hired to handle all of DLKM's administrative duties immediately as they obviously do not currently have the knowledge or ability to perform such functions.
For now, i am holding out for a really really really good day on Monday. A well worded and sold 8-k, followed by the NR i was told will be released on Mon as well to clarify the previous 8-k should make for a nice recovery. Hopefully back into the mid to high 0.50's.
