RE: Deadly Q2 Report...Vultures have arrived

RE: Deadly Q2 Report...Vultures have arrived

My excerpt was directly from the Q2 report of Aug 14 2008 , ...I was not aware that this was an ongoing issue nor that it was included in previous reports. My point is that title weakness could be a potential flash point should the interpretation of the new mining laws follow corrupt local practises.

Then again, why has not management, after 3 years, resolved this title issue ?

Why do they continue to repeat the same warning, if the issue is not a significant one ?

Is it possible that  the new mining law will give the contending claim some standing after the new law is passed ?

These are not insignificant issues for current or potential shareholders, especially with insiders unwilling to buy their own stock at prices that appear to be a steal.

Why no share buyback ?

Why no statement of reassurance if all looks much more promising ?

Why has the share price of DMM fallen much more than others in Ecuador ?
There is an inconsistency between the share price trend and the alledged benigness of the new mining law.

Someone knows a lot more than we know.
