Now I get it...I think I found the error in my thinking. This was not an “IPO” as I generally understand them to be; this was more of an “inter-listing” and a financing coupled along with it… that would explain why it was not listed as a pending IPO on the NASDAQ site and why the financing is still scheduled to close… (and why they are still in blackout)
If I would have known that it was only an inter-listing, I definitely would have sold soon after the NR was released…
I got screwed up reading the NR:
