Sour Markets, Tempting Candy. There is no doubt about about the erosional markets and the near term future is grim. I think most of us believed the markets were in for a correction. Investors are and have been pulling their money out of the markets and how can you blame them? Preservation of capital is number one. However ever since the collapse of Bear Stearns and the recessional market in general I've been licking my chops. There are plenty of bargains out there right now and I feel like a kid in a candy store. The market is sour right now which is a perfect time for value investing. After all has Warren Buffet stopped investing?
Myself I am attracted to cheap minimal production plays in the growth stage nearing increasing production. Mr. Dame has plans to increase conventional production to cut down on further dilution and to put this company into a positive cash flow position in the near future. Look at some of the penny companies out there right now trading at multiples of our share price with
zero production and
zero revenue most likely none for
several years to come. Some of those companies will require huge expenditures to set up mining operations (for deposits at depth) ranging in the tens of millions. Of course many are waiting for the big buyout. Goldnev has every intention of turning Pasquia Hills open pit resource into a commercial enterprize with or without a major. Management will keep increasing value by adding to the NI 51-101 compliant oil distillate of 2 bil. bbls (which will be independently audited) and as we already know we hit more shale this week.

Please do proper due diligence when looking for those bargains and don't rely solely on these bulletin boards. Find out as much as you can about those companies.
Happy hunting.
