RE: THIS BURIAL GROUND HAS FEDERAL PROTECTION

RE: THIS BURIAL GROUND HAS FEDERAL PROTECTION

Thank you for your interesting response.

I've explained that AQA references Crandon only because it is part of the same mineral formation that extends from Wisconsin through to Michigan. Your mentioning that they note this in their presentations adds exactly nothing. AQA is not Exxon working in Wisconsin 20 years ago.

I agree that there are protected areas, and in my posts I have provided a URL that will allow the reader to see for themselves where development activity is not permitted in Menominee County. As I have noted, this is not unusual. You can't drill in an urban area anywhere, or on protected land. Again, your post adds nothing but confusion and chaos.

To the matter at hand...

I would appreciate it if you would illustrate for us all how anything you just wrote has any impact at all on AQA's prospects. You may wish to specifically answer any or all of the following...

Do these proported mounds actually interfere with their reported drilling site or results? If yes, state precisely how.

Are you saying that AQA has drilled in burial grounds, or that it intends to do so? If yes, please provide references to map grid locations so I can follow it on the DNR maps and grids.

Can you name even one actual Native American organization that opposes AQA's activities? If yes, who are they, and do you have any evidence other than your opinion in the form of a press release/news report etc?

You say that AQA just bought some new property that is flooded/burial grounds. Here is the AQA site. Please direct me to any press release over the last few months indicating that they bought a chunk of land lately - I can't find such a release.

I wait your responses to the above questions.
