You mentioned that JC might be a separate entity owned by YNG. That implies that YNG could declare the operation in Nevada insolvent, and walk away from that mess. If you look at the company website and their Press Release of Aug. 8, 2008, they color-highlighted in Yellow, Cyan and Red, the words Yukon, Gold, and Corp., respectively. They didn't highlight the word Nevada, as if it doesn't exist in the name of the company.

However, could the authorities in Nevada not bring lawsuits against YNG, and tie them up in costly legal battles, that might bring YNG to Bk anyway?
