RE: 8-kIn essence, this 8k tells us that $1 million was raised via issuance of 6.67 million shares at $0.15/share. I don't believe these filings have to indentify who the private placement was from. It appears to me that if it was in fact TIGMR who is the funding source, they balked at paying up $0.50/share and negotiated the price down, or, their funds are yet to come into Douglas. We certainly must have a NR to explain the funding situation for clarification.
