The 8k to be signed off on has nothing to do with the one that was registered as that was not the chinese money but a private investor that came to the plate...

Is this the overall consensus?  That is my interpretation on reading the 8k issued.  Which again, would be a positive sign to have an individual provide that type of investment capital.  IMO.
