Reason for Rise? Shorts Covering?Nice rise today.  The shorts must be worried that we are on our way up again!!  I wonder if the day will ever come when the regulators outlaw shorting and lock up some of these crooks?  That would go a long ways to restoring investor confidence in the markets.
