bid and ask action indicating something coming

The bid and ask movement for this stock appears to me that it indicating something good is coming.This stock on an average day has very little volume or transactions.However the last couple days level two charts have shown recent higher bids and asks and less willing to sell.I think I can conclude from this that a great news release is coming.Lets hope I am correct.
