I estimate 122,974 bbls at the end of August, slightly lower than Golfin's figures. 
 
The Zarzis storage facility can hold 200,000 bbls, so depending upon the tanker capacity (presumably the same BP tanker used last time), and depending upon if anyone else is using the storage facility (not to my knowledge), then they could in theory go a little longer before a lift. 

All things being equal, the lift should be very soon.
