This low btu gas project is fascinating.  It seems like a great opportunity.  I wish we knew a little more about the economics.  I don't know whether Saxon and the JV plan to make their money off the pipeline or whether their goal is to buy up the old producing, shutin wells and make money from the production.  Also don't know what kind of volume of byproducts they will sell and what $$$ that represents. 

Shouldn't have to wait too long if the plant goes operational in 09.  Haven't seen any announcements that Saxon is buying leases in Central Kansas.   Maybe they are keeping it quiet so the prices don't go up.  Hopefully they have bought most of what they want by now because this announcement will put landowners on notice that their wells are going to be more valuable soon.
