RE: link KGSNice find.  The 120K cost is really low.  The downside to this system is that they vent and flare the CO2 and Helium.  Not exactly PC to create more greenhouse gases to allow use of a clean fuel?

But hopefully Saxon will have a head start and get the locals signed up before this thing is complete.
