What's going on

What's going onJunior Breuler bought the controlling block of this co at a very low per share price when he took it over. At one time his holding, plus that of his son, was close to 50% but this was diluted by underwritings. The son dropped out sometime back and now the father has. He is no longer even on the board. My bet is that he is selling  out slowly. What else could be depressing the price for so long? Given the selling pressure on the share price and the tight money supply just now, the underwriting might well not go through.  Very little money has ever gone into the ground on any of the properties. The new management might change things and actually do something but without money they'll have to wait for an underwriter to come out from under the sheets. The Tembo ground is close to the big mine but in different rock. Gold on Tembo is in narrow veins of high grade which is great for small scale miners (who have worked there for years) but is not good for building tonnage, and that is where the action is these days. An Australian company about twenty years back drilled a pattern of inclined holes under the vein outcrops at Tembo but cut only one assay of any note and that was short.  All this information is in the public domain if you care to search.
