Solomom was not pumping. They were stating the case for why VGN is a great stock to own. Technically and fundamentally.

Pumpers try to increase the value of news and add to the emotional upswing of a stocks momentum.

Solomon simply stated what they thought. Dont like Solomon, dont read it.
