Vanadium use in electric carsA future use for vanadium:

I have been invested in Largo for over three years and am impressed by how fast the management has proved up the deposit and are going into production. Very few mineral deposits go into production this fast.
Various people here have given reasons why the share price is down and I agree with all plus it is end of the quarter for the funds and they could be selling for redemptions. I keep a daily database on the venture exchange and have noticed that the stocks with the best deposits were the last ones to go down this summer. In the past few days some are going up. Largo has proved up their vanadium deposit and are in the part of the mining cycle for this deposit were the stock price usually goes down until production proves revenues. However, with their Pt/Pd drilling and their moly/tung property I believe the price will move to a higher level before revenue from the vanadium begins.
The current low price is an opportunity to pick up more shares for holding until revenues come in or for trading.
My only concern with this low price is a buy out offer that would not reflect the true value of the resources. The recent buy outs of Aurelian and Gold Eagle are examples of this. This is a time for the big resource companies to pick up proved up resources for less than current value.
