 ‘Why waste more money if they know there is no interest.’  Because Bob doesn’t get it.   He’ll keep pushing to the bitter end, by which time he’ll be all alone. 

 

As has been stated here before, the principals, most of which are long gone, have made their money. The remaining Insiders are not buying because they do not want to lose any more.
