Olderwiser being slightly dishonestJune 7 post of his...clearly you didnt sell on the run to 3.50. Many more Olderwiser posts stating you sold ELD to buy avg down on HRG many, many times. Sorry dude, you are busted.
think there is little to figure out here. The stock is way oversold. Those who were/are waiting for lower price are now going to have to count on one of two things: gold price drops or bad news. Anybody seriously short here would have to be crazy, as there are way better situations to short than this, in this sector.imo
I do not think either is coming in a big way. Gold price will stay volatile but trend up this year just like last number of years. The U.S. can huff and puff, but stimulus is what they will end up doing in a floundering economy. They just don'thave the balls in an election year to bring on a worse economy.imo
Meanwhile: HRG will trend up because most of what concerns people either is way over reacted to (imo) and in any case will improve over next months. Including: costs, production, value of Prognoz (at least in terms of shareholders in some sort of real way they can relate to) and exploration/drilling results may well extend and increase reserves on some current properties.
Lets say this happens AND price of gold goes up again. Where do you think HRG is going to be trading as the cash flow turns positive and production ramps up? I continue to say $5. The smart money sees through all this smoke and short term stuff. I mentioned already that the pattern days ago indicated accumulation by "smart" money. I sold Eldorado and bought more HRG just in time.imo I know there is supposed to be a level playing field, but I never bought into that BS put out to sooth retail investors. Smart money usually digs, spends, investigates and finds. And then it acts on the INFORMATION, with FAR less emotionality. Often they can verify, just by having phone calls with those in the real know, whereas retail folks often listen to after the fact output from investor relations folks who are told what and what not to say. So maybe the important question to ask is why are they buying, and it started BEFORE the gold price came back up a bit? I doubt seriously it is on a hunch! In any case, whatever volatility exists over next short while, I see pull backs as not only a buy, they are a steal here. I am not trying to hype, but seriously, this stock could outperform if gold rockets, or even if it just stays rambling around the 800-900 range. If gold moves up big the upside is multiples of this price. Probably the proverbial 5-10 bagger. We shall see over next couple of years. In any case: upside big, downside small.imo
Do not miss the opportunity. They tend to pass by in a hurry
